Client growth · Backend revenue
Aiden Frazier
I grow revenue inside the client base a business has already won.
Most teams pour everything into new logos while the largest expansions sit unclaimed in accounts they closed months ago. Those clients already trust you, already have a result, and are the cheapest revenue in the building. That gap is the work I do.
Production
$120K
per month in backend revenue from existing clients
Personal peak
$100K+
per month, held over time rather than a single spike
Sustained
Both figures are my own production, not company revenue.
What I actually do
- Expansion revenue. Finding which existing clients are ready to move up, and having the conversation that gets them there.
- Retention and churn risk. Spotting the accounts that are quietly drifting before the cancellation lands, which is the only point at which it is still cheap.
- Advising operators directly. Live sessions on offer, positioning, outbound and sales process, where the job is to send someone away with two decisions rather than forty pages of theory.
- Building the tooling to find it. I read entire call archives with AI to surface upsell candidates and churn signals at a scale nobody has time to do by hand, then grade the calls themselves against the process.
